This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Where goods or services supplied by us do not meet the guarantees under that Act (for example, they are not of acceptable quality or not fit for purpose), you may have rights to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights. If you are a "consumer" under the Act, our policy is intended to be consistent with your legal entitlements.
For program registrations (services): You may cancel and request a refund according to the cancellation windows below (e.g. more than 14 days before the program start for a full refund, subject to any stated fee).
For goods (if we supply any physical products): You may return unused goods in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, unless they fall under the non-returnable items section below. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply regardless of this period where goods are faulty or not as described.
If you return goods for a change of mind or within our voluntary return period, you are responsible for the cost of return delivery. If you return goods because they are faulty, not as described, or do not meet Consumer Guarantees Act guarantees, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. For programme cancellations, no shipping applies.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected where goods or services are faulty or do not meet the guarantees.
When you register for Stryxellghogxire emotional intelligence training programs, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the program fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to a future program session at no additional cost, subject to availability.
If you do not attend the program without prior notice, no refund will be provided. We encourage you to communicate with us if circumstances prevent your attendance.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program session. We will notify you as soon as possible, typically at least 7 days in advance.
You may request to transfer your registration to a different program session if the request is made at least 7 days before your original program start date, space is available, and the transfer is to a program of equal or lesser value. Transfers to higher-value programs require payment of the difference. One free transfer per registration is permitted; additional transfers may incur an administrative fee.
Our programs are designed as cohesive series. If you miss sessions after the program has started, no partial refunds are provided. We will work with you to support your continued participation when possible.
If you face extraordinary circumstances such as serious illness or family emergency, please contact us. We will review requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of our confirmation of your cancellation or receipt of returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have received physical materials, they must be returned in original condition before a full refund is processed, unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to fault.
Digital materials provided as part of the program are non-refundable once accessed. Physical materials must be returned in original condition for a full refund to be processed where applicable.
